SC State Tennis Teams Take On SCAD

SAVANNAH, GA—The South Carolina State men's and women's tennis teams hit the road once again to battle Savannah College Art & Design in a 1 p.m.
       The Bulldogs (1-1) enter the contest having posted an impressive 5-2 victory of Jacksonville University and suffering a 4-3 setback to nationally-ranked Stetson University on last week.
        Sophomore's Anton Protsenko last season's 2011 MEAC Rookie of the Year is 2-0 in singles matches on the season, along with teammate Artemiy Nikitin.
        On the women's side, the Lady Bulldogs (1-0) defeated Jacksonville University 6-1 in tennis action.
        The Bulldogs host NC Central on Sunday in a 1 p.m. showdown, while the Lady Bulldogs travel to take on USC-Upstate Sunday, February 19, at 1 p.m.
