Virginia Beach, VA—The SC State women's volleyball team will be the third seed in the Southern Division for the 2009 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Volleyball Championships.

            SC State finished its 2009 regular season campaign, 13-19 overall and 4-4 in the Southern Division of the MEAC. The Lady Bulldogs will face the second seed in the Northern Division, Delaware State, at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20 at the Coppin Center on the campus of Coppin State University in Baltimore, Md. If SC State advances, they will face the winner of the Florida A&M-Howard University match, Saturday, Nov. 21 at 3:30 p.m.

            The 2009 MEAC Volleyball Final is schedule for Sunday, November 22 at 12 noon. The championship match can be seen on ESPN-U in a tape-delayed broadcast on the same day beginning at 10 p.m.
