Dominique Bartley serves as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement for South Carolina State University Athletics, where she helps develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives designed to enhance the fan experience and elevate the Bulldog Athletics brand.
In her role, Bartley coordinates game-day promotions and presentation while developing fan engagement strategies across South Carolina State's athletic programs. Her responsibilities also include supporting digital and social media campaigns, assisting with special events and creating initiatives that strengthen connections among student-athletes, alumni, fans and the campus community.
Prior to assuming her current position, Bartley served as Executive Assistant to the Athletic Director at South Carolina State, where she managed executive operations, coordinated departmental initiatives and supported the strategic priorities of the Department of Athletics.
Bartley also brings collegiate football recruiting experience to her role. She spent three seasons as an intern with the University of South Carolina football program, assisting with on-campus recruiting. She also completed an internship with the South Carolina State football program, where she supported recruiting operations.
A native of Orangeburg, South Carolina, Bartley earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Information Technology with a minor in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. She later earned a Master of Business Administration from South Carolina State University.
Bartley is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She is passionate about creating engaging experiences that celebrate Bulldog Athletics, strengthen the connection between the university and its supporters, and foster pride among student-athletes, alumni, fans and the South Carolina State community.
