Dominique Bartley is a native of Orangeburg, SC. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Information Technology with a minor in Sport and Entertainment Management from University of South Carolina.
Dominique also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from South Carolina State University.
Before stepping into her current role as Executive Assistant to the Athletic Director, Dominique interned with the University of South Carolina’s Gamecock Football program, where she worked with on-campus recruiting for three seasons. She also completed an internship with South Carolina State University’s Bulldog Football program, where she contributed to recruiting operations during the most recent season.
In her current role, Dominique manages daily operations, provides support for key administrative functions, and serves as a liaison between the Athletic Director and various stakeholders. She is also involved in scheduling, communications, and ensuring smooth operations across all athletic programs.
In addition to her professional achievements, Dominique is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Born and raised in South Carolina, she has deep ties to the state and a passion for working in athletics.
