Byron Larrymore is a seasoned leader in the world of cheerleading, bringing over 18 years of experience and a legacy of excellence to the sidelines. A proud product of Calhoun County High School, where he began his coaching career as an Assistant Coach, Larrymore laid the foundation for a standard rooted in discipline, heart, and high performance.
Now entering his 10th year as a Division I collegiate cheerleading coach, Larrymore has become a respected force in HBCU athletics. At South Carolina State University, he leads with vision, intensity, and purpose — training student-athletes to embody strength, resilience, and school pride both on the field and in life. Known for transforming programs and inspiring athletes, his coaching philosophy is centered on accountability, creativity, and championship-caliber execution.
