2022-23: First-year member of the Bulldog Basketball team appeared in 19 games this season, averaging 6.6 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.4 assist in 17.8 minutes plated to date.
Personal: A native of Orangeburg, SC, majoring in Communications & Broadcasting. Simpson played his prep basketball locally at Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School where he had consistent production tossing in 19.0 ppg, 5.6 rebounds and 2.6 steals leading his team to an 21-2 mark and a State Championship appearance.
