During that time, he also worked at the Parisi Speed School as a Sports Performance Coach. There, he developed athletes’ speed, power and agility.   Additionally, he worked with civilian clientele and instructed them on nutrition, healthy living and proper exercise techniques.
A four-year letterman on the Tennessee Tech University football team, Swift earned a degree in exercise science. He served as a student assistant strength coach and worked with the football, baseball, softball, women's soccer and men’s and women’s basketball programs. He’s currently pursuing his Master's in Sports Administration through American Public University.Â
