Dylan Foster joins the South Carolina State Bulldog Football staff as the Assistant Offensive Line Coach.
Foster arrives in Bulldog Country after a brief stint at Western New Mexico University, where he served as the Tight Ends Coach.
He began his coaching career at his alma mater, Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina, in December 2024 as an Offensive Graduate Assistant. During his time at LR, Foster assisted with on- and off-campus recruiting, worked closely with the offensive line, and contributed to ?lm breakdown and analysis.
As a player, Foster had a successful ?ve-year career at Lenoir-Rhyne, making 30 career starts and playing in games at all ?ve positions on the offensive line. He helped lead the Bears to a 40-13 overall record, served as a team captain, won the 2023 South Atlantic Conference Championship, and played a key role in a run to the NCAA Division II Semi?nals.
Foster earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Finance in 2024 and completed his Master of Business Administration at Lenoir-Rhyne in 2025.
Foster is from Landover, Maryland and a proud graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School.
