Directions to SC State University
From Points to the North:
Take appropriate route to Interstate 95 South. Follow 95 South to exit #97/Orangeburg which will be 301 North/Five Chop Road. Ride Five Chop Road for approximately 20 miles. Five Chop will turn into John C. Calhoun. Make a right turn onto Magnolia Street/US-601. Make a right into SC State Campus at the next light. If the gate is closed, continue approximately 1/2 miles to Chestnut Street and turn right (CVS Pharmacy will be on the left). You will then make a right into SC State Campus.
From Points to the South:
Take appropriate route to Interstate 95 North. Follow 95 North to exit #97/Orangeburg which will be 301 North/Five Chop Road. Ride Five Chop Road for approximately 20 miles. From Charleston, SC:
Take I-26 West towards Orangeburg. After traveling approximately 70 miles, you should approach the Orangeburg exits. Take exit 145A/US-601 toward Orangeburg. Travel approximately 4 miles to Chestnut Street and turn left, (CVS Pharmacy will be in front of you). You will then make a right into SC State Campus.
From Columbia, SC:
Take I-26 East towards Orangeburg. After traveling approximately 40 miles, you should approach the Orangeburg exits. Take exit 145A/US-601 toward Orangeburg. Travel approximately 4 miles to Chestnut Street and turn left, (CVS Pharmacy will be in front of you). You will then make a right into SC State Campus.
