NORFOLK, Va. — The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) announced its football weekly honors, with South Carolina State's Mason Pickett-Hicks and Jordan Dollard earning Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively.

North Carolina Central's Riley Daniels was named Rookie of the Week, while South Carolina State's James Reddick II earned Offensive Lineman of the Week honors. Howard's Liam Allen IV rounded out the honorees as the Specialist of the Week.

Offensive Player of the Week: Mason Pickett-Hicks | SC State | So. | RB | Rock Hill, S.C.
Mason Pickett-Hicks delivered another explosive performance for South Carolina State, rushing for a career-high 210 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries in the Bulldogs' 31-13 victory over Florida A&M in the Orange Blossom Classic. He averaged 12.4 yards per carry and broke off a game-long 58-yard run, accounting for 210 of the Bulldogs' 292 rushing yards. His performance helped fuel 479 yards of total offense for the Bulldogs and earned him Orange Blossom Classic MVP honors.

 Defensive Player of the Week: Jordan Dollard | SC State | Jr. | DL | Greensboro, N.C.
Jordan Dollard was a disruptive force throughout South Carolina State's 31-13 victory over Florida A&M in the Orange Blossom Classic, helping lead a dominant defensive effort that held the Rattlers to just 161 yards of total offense. Dollard finished with six tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and a forced fumble while consistently creating pressure in the backfield. His performance helped SC State completely shut down Florida A&M's rushing attack, which finished with minus-1 yard on the ground.

 Offensive Lineman of the Week: James Reddick II | SC State | 5th | OL | Fort Valley, Ga.
James Reddick II anchored a dominant South Carolina State offensive line that helped the Bulldogs produce 479 yards of total offense in their 31-13 victory over Florida A&M in the Orange Blossom Classic. Reddick II, who played center, posted a 91% blocking grade and recorded seven pancake blocks while committing no penalties and allowing no sacks. Behind the offensive front, SC State rushed for 292 yards and averaged more than six yards per carry.

Riley Daniels remained perfect on the season, converting both of his field-goal attempts in Saturday's 27-6 victory over Elizabeth City State from 29 and 24 yards. Daniels is now 5-for-5 on field-goal attempts this season.
 
Specialist of the Week: Liam Allen IV | Howard | So. | P | Sanford, Fla.
Liam Allen IV came through with a strong performance in Howard's narrow loss to Richmond, placing four punts inside the 20-yard line.
 
Other Top Performers

• Chance Peterson (North Carolina Central) – Chance Peterson led the Eagles' offense with 109 receiving yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 27-6 win over Elizabeth City State, hauling in five passes and averaging 21.8 yards per catch.
• Zarion Walters (North Carolina Central) – Zarion Walters led the Eagles' defense in Saturday's victory, finishing with eight tackles, a sack and a forced fumble.
• Tyler Leinberger (Norfolk State) – Tyler Leinberger anchored a Norfolk State offensive line that helped the Spartans produce 126 rushing yards on 40 attempts against Old Dominion. Leinberger graded out at 90 percent with six knockdowns as Norfolk State ran 60 offensive plays and held possession for 32:19, nearly five minutes longer than the Monarchs.
