NORFOLK, VA--The South Carolina State men's basketball team will participate in the semifinal round of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Conference Basketball Tournament.

The 2024 MEAC Basketball Tournament, will run from March 13-16 at the Scope Arena in Norfolk, Va.

South Carolina State, the No. 3 seed will face Delaware State the No. 6 seed on Thursday, March 14. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m., all games will be televised live on ESPN+

The Bulldogs completed a season series sweep of the Hornets capturing 66-64 win on the road in Dover, DE on Jan. 27 and a 69-62 victory on Feb. 24 in Orangeburg.

SC State finished the regular season at 14-17 overall, 9-5 mark, while Delaware State holds a 13-17 overall, 6-8 mark.
