ORANGEBURG, SC—The South Carolina State men's and women's basketball begin their three-game road stretch in a battle with Norfolk State Saturday (Feb. 26^th) in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference doubleheader at Echols Hall.

Tip-off for the women's contest begins 4 p.m., followed by the men's in a 6 p.m. start.

SERIES: The Spartans lead the series 17-5 between the two schools. The Spartans captured the last meeting in an 87-69 win over the Bulldogs at home on Jan. 29^th ,2022.  Meanwhile on the women side, the Lady Bulldogs are tied 10-10 with the Lady Spartans after 20 meetings. NSU won the last meeting 40-60 on Jan. 29^th in Orangeburg, SC.

LAST TIMEOUT: Both teams posted victories over Delaware State to complete a season sweep, with the men winning 79-74 and the women knocking off the Lady Hornets 64-52 in MEAC play.
