Lady Bulldogs Return to Action Thursday

ORANGEBURG, SC—South Carolina State women's basketball team return back on the court Thursday (Nov.18th) when they host the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) in a non-conference matchup, beginning at 6 p.m.

Series History
This will be the first meeting between the two schools.

Players to Watch
St. Thomas:  Erin Norling is the leader in point scored with 12.5 and 5.5 rebounds per game, while Kala Porter adds 11.5 and 5 rebounds per contest. Jade Hill adds 8 points and both Kate Burns and Maggie Negaard chip in a little over 6.5 ppg.

South Carolina State: Forward Trinity Klock enters Tuesday's game as the Bulldogs leading scorer averaging 14.3 points and 8.7 rebounds, while freshman Nicole Gwynn is second on the team with 10 points and 3.0 rebounds.
 
UP Next for SC State
South Carolina State will play in the Georgia Southern Tournament over the holiday break Nov.26-27 in Statesboro, GA. The Lady Bulldogs will take on host Georgia Southern on Friday, Nov.,26th at 1 p.m. , followed by Indiana State on Saturday, Nov. 27th at 3:30 p.m.
