TALLAHASSEE, Fla—The South Carolina State basketball teams wrap up the regular season road games Monday (Sept.24
th) At the
Alfred Lawson Jr. Multipurpose Center in pivotal Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference doubleheader, beginning with the women's contest at 6 p.m., followed by the men's in a 8 p.m. start.
The Bulldogs (11-14 overall, 6-7 MEAC) will look to bounce back after an tough 69-65 loss to Bethune-Cookman on Saturday. South Carolina State look to seek a season sweep over FAMU (11-14 overall, 9-5 MEAC) after a 81-65 win (Jan. 18
th ) earlier this season.
Meanwhile on the women's side, the Lady Bulldogs (3-22 overall, 2-11 MEAC) look to avoid a season sweep after an 39-44 loss to FAMU (5-20 overall, 3-11 MEAC).
Next up South Carolina State will return to action on Saturday when they host COMING HOME 2020/Senior Day at Smith -Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center. Tipoff is 2 p.m., followed by the men's contest in a 4 p.m. start.
