GAME PREVIEW
The Bulldogs played tough competition out of the gate suffering tough losses to Appalachian State (L, 61-81), Bowling Green (L, 78-101), Clemson (L, 38-75), UNC Asheville (L, 56-77) and Charlotte (L, 40-78). South Carolina State is still searching for its first win of the season and will close out its non-conference slate with Liberty, Presbyterian, Furman and South Carolina.

Meanwhile, the Cougars are off to a slow start as well are dropping decisions to North Carolina (60-79), Furman (57-81) and Marshall (72-84). CofC only win was against Limestone 99-59. Brevin Galloway leads the way at 15.7 pp, while teammates Zep Jasper adds 14.5 and Payton Willis 12.0 points per outing.
