ORANGEBURG, SC—The South Carolina State Bulldogs return back to action, when they host the visiting Hornets of Morris College in a non-conference matchup Tuesday (Nov. 28^th) at Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center.  Tipoff is 7 p.m.

Coach Murray Garvin's team look to turn things around after dropping a 61-86 defeat to Winthrop on Sunday (Nov. 26^th) at the Winthrop Coliseum.

Graduate guard Donte Wright leads the way in scoring for the Bulldogs with 12.3 points per outing. Sophomore forward Damani Applewhite and junior guard Jani Ranyor-Powell is averaging over a little 7.7 points per game each. Applewhite is also the leader on the boards with 6.2.

Newcomer sophomore guard Justin Jones provides a solid spark off the bench with 6.0 points and 2.5 rebounds. Sophomore forward Ian Kinard adds extra depth in the frontcourt with 4.2 rebounds and 5.7 ppg.
