The two teams are meeting for the first time with the Buckeyes (7-5) looking to extend their winning streak versus the Bulldogs (5-8). The Bulldogs are led by junior guard Eric Eaves (14.3 ppg.), sophomore guard Ed Stephens (13.8 ppg.) and senior forward Gabe McCray (11.1 ppg.) offensively and senior center Daryll Palmer is the team's leading rebounder with 5.5 boards a game.
 
Meanwhile, the Buckeyes have three players in double figures with Marc Long leading the charge with 14.6 points and 6.2 rebounds per game. Keita Bates-Diop (6.0 rpg) and Jae' Sean Tate (6.9 rpg) each adds a little over 12 points per outing.
