Box Score ORANGEBURG,SC---Junior guard
Eric Eaves tossed in a game-high 30 points to lead South Carolina State to a 86-74 victory over Allen University Wednesday (Nov. 25) at Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center.
Eaves shot 7-of-12 from the field, while hitting 14-of-16 from the charity stripe on the night. South Carolina State improves to 3-3 overall, while Allen falls to 3-8 on the season.

Darryl Palmer chipped in 11 points and eight rebounds in the win.
Despite, 20 costly turnovers the Bulldogs shot 81.8% (27-of-33) from the free-throw line and 51.9% (27-of-52) from the field.
Allen had four players in double-figures led by Ivory Drummer with a team-high 20 points and nine rebounds. Avery Harris tossed in 17, while Richard Wilson chipped in 13 and Donald Marshall, Jr. added 11 points and five rebounds in the loss.
South Carolina State returns to action on Sunday (Nov. 29) when they travel to the Midwest to take on Big 12 for Kansas State in non-conference action. Tip-off is 3 p.m. (EST)
