ORANGEBURG, SC—The Orangeburg Community officially welcomed South Carolina State's new Director of Athletics Paul A. Bryant and his family with a welcome luncheon held at Sanders Pointe' in Santee, SC.

Present at the luncheon to show appreciation along with Mr. Bryant and his wife Mrs. Shannon Bryant, were Ms. Beatrice McDuffie, Mr. Bill Armstrong, former football player at The Ohio State, Mr. Danzell Mitchell and Mr. Joe Sanders.

"This was a great experience to be welcomed by such prestigious people," said Bryant. "There is a commitment to the Bulldog Nation that is unparalleled to any. I am honored to be a part of the South Carolina State family."
