CLEMSON,SC—The South Carolina State men's basketball team will be on the road today taking on ACC foe Clemson University in a non-conference matchup in Little John Coliseum . Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m.
Coach Tim Carter (50-50) who is enter his fourth season at the helm for the SC State Bulldogs (2-2) will be looking to pull an upset over the Clemson Tigers(4-1) and first-year head coach Brad Brownwell.
In the last meeting the Bulldogs nearly pulled off the upset before dropping a close 70-67 defeat to the #14 Tigers on last season at Littlejohn. SC State is coming off an tough 59-55 loss to Furman University, while Clemson defeated Seton Hall in overtime 64-58.
