Freshman guard Edward Stephens nailed a 3-pointer with 2.3 seconds remaining in overtime to give South Carolina State a 73-72 victory over Maryland Eastern Shore Monday at William P. Hytche Athletic Center. Stephens finished with a game-high 26 points.
