Leonard earned his third MEAC weekly honor by being named this week's MEAC Defensive Player of the Week. In the 34-17 win over Florida A&M, he finished with a game-high 13 tackles, 12 solo, with two sacks for 17 yards, and 3.5 tackles for a loss of 20 yards. Leonard also forced a fumble and a quarterback hurry in the win.
