Sarai Waters (5-9, Jr., Maitland, Fla.) clocked a time of 19:38.70 to lead SC State at the Coastal Carolina Invitational last week. The time, which was just under one minute of her previous season best time, was good enough for seventh place out of the 65 runners at the meet.
