Gomez (P, 5-4, Jr., Antioch, Calif.) earned the win against Benedict with a 0.00 ERA last week. She pitched five innings allowing three hits and no runs. Gomez did not allow any walks and struck out six of the 19 batters she faced.  This is Gomez second straight Pitcher of the Week honor.
