Senior Xavier Molette set the tone for the field events as he finished  2^nd overall out of 34 competitors in the Weight Throw with a mark of 17.66m, which breaks his own school record from last season in the event. He is currently ranked 2^nd in the conference and qualifies for the MEAC Indoor Track Championships.
