The freshman setter from Ponce, Puerto Rico led the Lady Bulldogs with a game-high 35 assists in a tough, 3-1, defeat to North Carolina Central on Saturday (Oct. 1). Plaza leads the team with 251 assists with an average of 4.65 assists per set.
