Junior Edgar Diaz of Puerto Rico defeated Álvaro Barrera (6-4, 6-2) at the No.6 spot in the Bulldogs 4-3 victory over Bethune-Cookman on Saturday (April. 2) at the Hardeep Judge Tennis Center. SC State improves to 8-6 overall, 2-1 in the MEAC and is in 2nd place in the Southern Division.
