ORANGEBURG, SC—Former All-MEAC & All-American offensive linemen Josh Harrison inks free-agent deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team announced on Tuesday.
Harrison (6-4, 310 Sr., Lake City, SC), was among one of the top offensive linemen in I-AA football earning MEAC Offensive Lineman of the Year accolades, while leading SC State to its third-straight conference title. The Lake City, SC native also earned SBN All-American and All-MEAC honors and was one of seven Bulldogs seniors to play in the 2010 HBCU Classic at The Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
Harrison was one of 18 rookie free agents signed by the team.

Johnny Culbreath helped power the Bulldog offense to 4,000 + total yards in 2008, 2009, and 2010.
Harrison is the second Bulldog to be picked by an NFL team this season; offensive tackle
Johnny Culbreath was selected in the seventh round of the NFL Draft in April by the Detroit Lions.
