Hartly, DE - The Heritage Sports Radio Network (HSRN) has announced week seven nominees for the football fan poll National Player of the Week. For the third time this season, an SC State player is among the finalists.
Bulldog quarterback Malcolm Long, a junior of Gaffney, SC, is the SC State player among the choices this week. It's his second nomination in three weeks. Long completed 16 of 23 attempts for 206 yards and a score and added a one-yard scoring run in his team's 37-10 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference win at Norfolk State on Saturday.
Fans across the country can cast their vote by visiting HSRN.Com. Voting will be up on the HSRN.com home page (Fan Poll) until Tuesday at 6pm (CST). Each week HSRN will honor the top-performances on the gridiron for Division I FCS and Div.
