CLEMSON, SC – The South Carolina State men's track and field team had 11 top-10 finishes at the Bob Pollock Classic conducted Friday and Saturday at Clemson University.
The Bulldog 4x400m relay team of Tyrell Richard, Khorvon Nelson, Jarad Jeter and Chris Gaddist led the way for SC State with a second-place finish in a time of 3:15.94. Other top-10 showings included Jeter, 4
th in the 400 meters (49.47); Roderick Britt, 4
th in weight throw (13.37m); Demek Kemp, 4
th in the 200 meters (22.27); Elijah Case, 5
th in the 800 meters (1:57.97); Jerrell Frierson, 5
th in the weight throw (13.12m); Moses Kennedy, 7
th in the 60m hurdles (8.32); Richard, 8
th in the 200 meters (22.66); Nelson, 9
th in the 400 meters (50.39); Richard, 10
th in the 400 meters (50.43); and Jeffrey McReynolds, 10
th in the long jump (6.39m).
In the women's field, SC State had three finishes right out of the top-10.

th in the weight throw (13.09m), Marie McClary 11
th in the long jump (5.06m), and the 4x400m relay team of
Payton Ashe, Frantia Broudeaux,
Keziah Brown and Jyana Crosby, 11
th in a time of 4:07.9.
