SAVANNAH, GA – South Carolina State senior Tiana Jones carded an 18-hole 4 under par 68 Thursday to take top honors at the Savannah State Dual. It was the second such honor in as many outings for the Alliance, OH native. Host Savannah State had an 18-hole team total of 364 to edge the Lady Bulldogs – who were at 366 -- by two stokes for the team title. Jones was followed in the individual standings by teammates Cheryl Chua, who was second, with a 7 over 79 and Cherie Chua with an 11 over 83, good enough for a tie for third with Savannah State's Jocelyn Williams. Also participating for SC State and Coach Jackie DeNova were Kaitlynn Cortez and Rebecca Dale. --30--
