SC State Face Tough Challenge Against NJIT

ORANGEBURG, SC—The South Carolina State men's tennis team will face one of their toughest challenges of the season today, when they host the Highlanders of NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology) at the SCSU Tennis Courts.
        Coach Hardeep Judge who enters his 12^th season at the helm looks to lead the Bulldogs (9-2) to their 9^th MEAC grown. SC State enters the contest on a seven game winning streak after knocking off George Mason 5-2 in their last outing in Hilton Head, SC.
        Meanwhile, the Highlanders 8-3 on the season knocked off Hofstra 7-0. NJIT is led by Markus Schultz who holds an undefeated mark at 10-0 in singles action, while teammate Erik Artursson is 10-1 thus far.
        SC State will return to action on Monday when they host Radford University in a crucial non-conference showdown. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
