Riley Named to College Sports Madness's All-MEAC Team; Earns 2nd Team Honor

       Senior guard Brandon Riley earned his first accolade in postseason play after being named to the College Sports Madness's All-MEAC Second Team.
       Riley (6-2, 195, Sr.) the Eatonton, GA native leads the Bulldogs in scoring this season with 17.3 points per outing , along with 3.4 rebounds. He is also ranked #2 in the conference in scoring and also nationally-ranked.
        “I feel blessed to earn such an honor, but it wouldn't be possible without my teammates, coaches and family,” said Riley.
       A two-year member of the SC State Basketball team he amassed over 776 points, 150 rebounds in 56 games over his career. Having started in 45-of-56 games played, this season alone Riley has had twelve 20-game performances, scoring his career-high 34 points on December 12, 2011 against Longwood University.
