ORANGEBURG, SC—South Carolina State women's tennis team dominated Lady North Carolina Central 7-0 in a non-conference matchup Tuesday at the SCSU Tennis Courts.

Two Bulldog Seniors were honored before the match Ivan Milivojevic of Serbia and Dmitry Lomakin of Russia were recognized for their years of dedication as a student-athlete at South Carolina State.

In singles action it was Fanni Friscka/Kayta Churna (6-3, 6-3), Daria Sekerina/Ashley Rogers (6-1, 6-1), Aniko Kiss/Tati Velasquez (6-2,6-2), I-Chunn Amey Chen/Monica Medina (6-0, 6-0), Iveta Blodniece/Martis Sinclair(6-0,6-1), and Tatiana Varela/Antionette Spain (6-1,6-0) all posted victories.

The Lady Bulldogs also won the doubles point.

South Carolina State improves to 12-4 on the season overall and returns to action on Thursday against Francis Marion in a 2 p.m. showdown.
