The South Carolina State men's and women's cross country teams will travel to Charleston, SC this Saturday, September 27, 2008to participate in theCitadel Cross Country Invitational. The meet, which will be held at James Island County Park, will open with the men's 8,000 meter run at 9 a.m. followed by the women's 5,000 meter run at 9:45 a.m.

            The Invitational will consists of over 1400 athletes from 150 schools. Outside of host Citadel and South Carolina State, other institutions competing from within the state include College of Charleston, Charleston Southern and Furman.sdf
