Had a four-year (1991-95) stellar career in track and field…An NCAA Div. I All-American high jumper as a senior…Also US Track and Field and Olympic Trials Qualifier in the high jump (1994) ...Four-times All-MEAC…Champion at the prestigious Penn Relays Collegiate high jump (1995)…SCSU Most Valuable Track and Field Athlete as a senior…Remains the MEAC record-holder in the javelin (1994)…Also had an outstanding high school career in track…Today, he is employed by SCANA Corporation and is a volunteer assistant coach with the SC State track program.
