The Office of Compliance is charged with the responsibility of educating coaches, staff members, student-athletes, fans and the Orangeburg community on the complex and sensitive nature of NCAA bylaws.
South Carolina State University requires compliance with all legislation, rules, and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, and other conferences with which it is affiliated. All individuals involved with the Department of Athletics have a duty to report possible violations of NCAA legislation, MEAC, or other applicable conference rules, or institutional policies. Compliance of the rules is an obligation for everyone connected with South Carolina State University athletics.
