SC State Tennis Teams Host SCAD Friday

ORANGEBURG, SC—The South Carolina State men's and women's tennis teams will return to action, as they host the Savannah School of Art Design in a non-conference matchup Friday at the SCSU Tennis Courts. First serve begins at 1 p.m.
        Coach Hardeep Judge who is entering his 12^th season at the helm for the SC State tennis program has built a dynasty within both programs. The women are the 8^th time defending Mid-Eastern Athletic Champions and still remain undefeated in conference play, meanwhile the men are winners of 8-of-9 league titles and poised to capture their sixth straight.
        The Bulldogs (0-1) opened the season with a tough 4-3 loss to Norfolk State, and is led by senior All-MEAC performers senior's Peteris Vinogradvos and Anton Protensko. Senior and preseason MEAC Player of the Year Maria Craciun powers     the Lady Bulldogs (1-1). Craciun returns as the only player to participate in the NCAA Singles Championship last season, while being nationally-ranked throughout competition.
