Orangeburg, SC—The SC State women's soccer team will opens its 2010 campaign, tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 20 at home when they host Navy. The 7 p.m. contest will be played at the Oliver C. Dawson Bulldog Stadium on the campus of SC State. Admission is free.
SC State, who will host Liberty on Sunday, Aug. 22 at 1 p.m., finished the 2010 campaign with the teams best ever record at 10-7-3 overall and 3-2-1 in the Great West Conference which was good enough for a tie for 2nd place in the Eastern Division. The 10 wins by the Lady Bulldogs was an eight game win increase from the 2008 campaign.
