WILMINGTON, NC—The South Carolina State dropped their third-straight match of the season to #52 nationally-ranked UNC-Wilmington Saturday in men's tennis action.
South Carolina State the reigning Mid-Eastern Athletic Champion falls to 0-3 on the season.
UNC-Wilmington took an early dominating in doubles-points 8-4, 8-6, 8-3. Jan Langer won in singles matches defeating Alex Wetherell 1-6, 6-3, 12-10.
South Carolina State will return to action on Thursday against North Carolina A&T in a 9 a.m. showdown.
